1, Boot off the Windows disk & Select REPAIR your computer option 

2, follow through until you get to option to open Command Prompt [the way is different on different Windows version] 

3, select command prompt and open it

4, type the following command to backup the original sticky keys file

  copy c:\Windows\system 32\sethc.exe c:\

And hit enter

5, then type the following command 

 copy c:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe  c:\Windows\system32\ sethc.exe

 and hit enter

6, reboot your pc or restart

7, once you get to login screen,hit the shift key 5 times and you will see a command prompt 

8, finally to reset the password just type the command

net user username newpassword & hit enter

   E.g. net user deepnet
